What do you drink when you don't want to drink? Ben Branson's path led from alcohol marketing to non-alcoholic cocktails. He published old apothecary books and learned everything about maceration and distillation. Using vegetables and fruit from his parents' farm, he created the first Seedlip recipes. Distillation takes place in copper stills.

In the 17th century, apothecaries used small copper stills to produce non-alcoholic herbal remedies. Today, Seedlip uses exactly this process. The finest ingredients are harvested and individually cold-macerated, distilled, and re-blended to capture the spirit of nature.
