What do you drink when you don't want to drink? Ben Branson's path led from alcohol marketing to non-alcoholic cocktails. He studied old apothecary books and learned everything about maceration and distillation. Using vegetables and fruit from his parents' farm, he created the first Seedlip recipes. Distillation takes place in copper stills.
