The juices pressed from the old WiesenObst varieties have a clear identity, but to accompany and complement dishes they require a taste perfection that nature does not provide.
For the PriSeccos, the producer combines juices, often harvested in single varieties, with herbs, leaves and flowers that he grows himself or collects in the orchards and surrounding forests.
When the bouquet, aroma, and aftertaste form a perfect unity, carbon dioxide is slowly added until the PriSecco in the glass is as fine and clear as a sparkling wine. Achieving this requires technical skill, creativity, and inspiration from nature.
