Swiss craftsmanship from Gottlieber specialties
At the Swiss Hüppen factory, located directly on the idyllic Seerhein/Lake Constance in Gottlieben, these delicate, warm crêpes, no more than 0.7 mm thick, are probably unique in the world and are still baked individually, just as they were in the old days, and rolled individually like the leaves of a precious Havana cigar. This is done with great care and precision, as if by hand.
The Gottlieber Hüppen are then individually filled with melt-in-the-mouth gourmet fillings made in-house or pure Swiss chocolate and wrapped by hand, one by one. All fillings, for which only the finest ingredients are good enough, are composed and produced in Gottlieben. Some have even received gold awards.
