In France, many women traditionally enjoy verbena tea. This tea has an antispasmodic and relaxing effect and a captivating, lemony scent.

Tea is becoming increasingly popular here and has become an integral part of everyday life for many connoisseurs. The plant belongs to the verbena family (Verbenaceae) and is native to Paraguay. The elongated, pointed leaves are dried and then cut. They contain approximately 0.5 percent essential oil, which has a wonderful lemony scent. Although the shrub is not frost-resistant, it is also cultivated in Europe. However, we have chosen the premium, original, organically grown variety from Paraguay because only this produces a distinctive lemon aroma.

Brew with hot (95-100°C) water (up to max. 3 dl), let it steep for 6-8 minutes.
