They are extremely easy to digest and rich in natural carotenes (provitamin A), which gives them their characteristic golden yellow color. Their nutritional value also makes them an alternative for athletes and those looking to lose weight. Unlike other pasta products made from corn, this pasta stays beautifully al dente. Due to its very small diameter, the spaghetti is particularly suitable for thin sauces.
