The image, designed and painted by Nantes artist Delphine Cossais, delicately enhances the new jewel box for the 2020 vintage sardines. These vintage sardines are caught in the middle of the season off the coast of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.
These sardines, with their exceptionally high fat content of over 12%, are genuine vintage sardines. These vintage sardines can be stored for up to 10 years by turning them every six months. A decade during which they soften and crystallize. An essential ritual to preserve the best quality.
