Darjeeling tea has a unique, distinctive aroma that can only develop under the special geographical and climatic conditions of the tea gardens located in the Indian Himalayas.
Aroma: Fresh scent of lemon balm and marigold, combined with slightly bitter notes of delicate floral Darjeeling tea leaves.
Taste: Harmoniously mild sweet-acid interplay, long-lasting bitter notes of green tea, mineral, creamy round in the aftertaste.
Recommendation: Pea foam soup with North Sea crabs or crayfish, sushi and sashimi
