PriSecco - Sparkles like Secco without alcohol
Mid-September is the ripening season for the fragrant Gelbmöstler pear. Harvested early at the same time, the aromatic plum has even less sweetness and more acidity. The freshness is further enhanced by the herbs.
Aroma: Sensual scent of ripe plums with fresh notes of lemon verbena and spicy, wintery aromas.
Palate: Initially, delicate fruity sweetness of pear and plum, refreshing herbal aroma, and fine acidity. The soft finish is accompanied by winter spices.
Recommendation: Game terrine with fruit components (cranberries, plums) or for autumnal desserts such as plum crumble, Kaiserschmarrn with plum compote, curd dumplings.
