This unglazed panettone is studded with pieces of marron glacé, real vanilla from Madagascar, no candied fruit, and no sultanas. We have it made by one of the best panettone makers in Piedmont. Like all classic panettones from the Pippo di Gioia line, this product requires patience. It takes 72 hours to complete this delicacy.

Wheat flour, chestnut pieces (16%) (steamed, peeled chestnuts 61%, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, flavorings), water, butter, sugar, fresh egg yolk, natural yeast sourdough (soft wheat flour, water), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (of vegetable origin), invert sugar syrup, fresh egg white, honey, milk powder, salt, cocoa butter, Madagascan vanilla pods. May contain traces of hard-shelled fruit.
