Classic Panettone

Selezione Sartorio's own panettoni are produced in a small pastry shop in Veneto and are handmade.
The traditional Christmas cake tastes particularly aromatic, using natural flavors and only the best ingredients without additives or preservatives.

Ingredients

WHEAT flour , fresh EGGS from free-range chickens, sultanas, natural yeast ( WHEAT flour , water), shells of
candied citrus fruits (orange and lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifier: citric acid), sugar, BUTTER , orange paste (peel).
Orange juice, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, fresh egg yolk from chickens
Free range, whole milk, glucose syrup, salt, skimmed milk powder , natural flavors.

May contain ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, PISTACHIOS and SOY .
