Valsellera Brut is the result of Francone's long-standing tradition in producing Spumanti using the Classic Method. The wine is selected from particularly suitable batches of Chardonnay. The result is a wine that develops maximum finesse and elegance during its ageing on the lees in the bottle. These traditional vinification techniques are lengthy and require patience, but only in this way can the fragrant aroma of the Chardonnay unfold, thus developing that pleasant scent of bread crust.

Tasting notes
Brilliant golden yellow. A fruity aroma of peach and apricot is accompanied by a hint of bread crust. On the palate, it is fresh, soft, balanced, and tasty with fruity aromas. A dry aftertaste with hints of roasted hazelnuts.

Fits
The fine bubbles of Valsellera Brut allow its aromas to emanate. This wine is an ideal accompaniment to appetizers, fish, and delicate pasta dishes.
