PriSecco - Sparkles like Secco without alcohol
In many places along the Swabian Alb, the landscape of orchards with their ancient giant trees is bordered by barren juniper heaths and hedgerows. We've brought together this juxtaposition of cider pears, juniper, sloe, blackberry, and yarrow in this vegan cuvée.
Aroma: Spicy juniper notes, ethereal, slightly resinous-smoky, combined with fine red fruit.
Taste: Fine dark berry opening with an exciting arc in the middle and a finish of juniper and tart sloe.
Recommendation: Smoked bacon | with venison fillet with smoked mashed potatoes and juniper sauce
