Single Malt Whisky
Regular price CHF 79.00 An elegant, smoky whisky that impresses with its dense and complex aroma. Nutty notes and a hint of saltiness testify to the craftsmanship of the Raasay distillers.
About Single Malt Whiskey Lightly Peated
The whisky is the product of a unique bottling process using six different casks. The blend consists of a peaty and a non-peated portion, sourced from three different cask types: rye whisky, fresh Chinkapin oak, and red wine ex Bordeaux. The taste is characterized by a light peat note combined with rich aromas of dark fruit. It was inspired by older Hebridean single-malt whiskies from the 1960s and 1970s, which were known for this blend of smoke and fruit flavors.
Lightly peated – aromatic smoke. Sweet black fruits, raisins, dried figs. Hot spices, black pepper. Roasted walnuts, hazelnuts. A hint of saltiness.
