During production, everything is traditionally done by hand; the small factory is located in Brooklyn. A prominent gin bouquet with a hint of coriander. Very smooth, aromatic, and powerful on the palate, with a lingering resinous, woody juniper flavor on the finish.
Brooklyn
Brooklyn Gin was founded by two former employees of a major US alcohol producer. The botanical selection—fresh fruit instead of dried, small pot stills, and hand-fermented juniper berries—result in a fresher, more vibrant gin.

Production process: Joe Santos and Emil Jattne launched their gin in 2010. Their stated goal was to build their own distillery in the Brooklyn borough, but they had to postpone this project due to financial constraints. 11 botanicals, five of which are citrus fruits: Eureka, Persian, and Mexican lemons, kumquat, and navel oranges. Also included are juniper berries, lavender, cocoa beans, coriander, violet, and angelica root. Macerated in corn spirit, then distilled.
