Colomba Albicocca

This Colomba is free of candied fruit and raisins. It contains only the finest semi-dried apricot pieces. It's covered in a sugar glaze and whole almonds.

Only select ingredients such as pure butter, DOP raisins, almonds, or Piedmont hazelnuts, as well as fresh, homemade candied fruit, are used in the production process. A truly unique treat!

Wheat flour, candied apricot 26% (apricots, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup), egg yolk, butter, cane sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour), emulsifiers: E471, E322; invert sugar syrup, barley malt, salt, flavorings.
Glaze and Decoration Ingredients: Sugar, egg whites, Piedmont hazelnut, almonds, apricot kernels, rice flour. May contain traces of soy. Keep refrigerated.
