Cava is a sparkling wine from Catalonia. Like Champagne, it is produced using the same traditional bottle fermentation method. For these exquisite bubbles, only the finest grapes from Xarel.lo, Macabeo, and Parellada are selected, which ripen on calcareous soils at 100–400 meters above sea level. This perfect aperitif sparkling wine is refreshing with a mineral flavor and a small sensation in terms of value for money.
Pale yellow in color with fine-grained perlage. Aromas of brioche, apples, and white blossoms fill the nose. The mouthfeel is soft and harmonious. The fruity components and the fine mousse lead to a long finish.
