About J. & M. Dizerens
The imposing 16th-century manor house of the Domaine de la Crausaz sits enthroned in the middle of the sea of vines near Grandvaux, offering a magnificent view of Lake Geneva.
Here, Jean-François and Michel Dizerens welcome their guests, all lovers of Vaud wines and, in particular, the Chasselas grape, which undisputedly dominates this region. The family also owns the Domaine du Moulin in the municipality of Lutry and the Domaine de Montagny in the Villette appellation. They draw on a centuries-old tradition while incorporating modern expertise and creativity into their work. Chasselas wines vary in fascinating ways depending on their origin and the characteristics of the soils in which they grow.
