The twelve months of maturation in barriques are clearly evident in the aromas of dark chocolate, coconut, and cedar. It's not the fresh fruit aromas, but rather the scent of prunes, orange zest, and dried cherries that makes your mouth water. The bouquet offers diverse spicy notes of mint, cinnamon, and pepper, complemented by the scent of hyacinth. With its juiciness and full-bodied tannins, this elegant wine is perfect for pairing with a variety of dishes.
