"Solèr" is a Venetian dialect word meaning "attic" or "granary." Winegrowers once dried the best grapes there, as the "solèr" was well-ventilated, barely humid, and very sunny. The term "solèr" comes from the word "sun," which is necessary for drying the grapes.

Tasting notes
Intense ruby red color, fruity aroma of very ripe fruit, plums preserved in alcohol, and violets, with prominent volatile and spicy notes; full-bodied, impressive, enveloping, very velvety flavor with complex tertiary aromas.
