Dark, almost blackish purple. Precise aromas of blueberry fruit, violets, and herbs, with noticeable mineral notes and oak. An interesting blend of two terroirs.
Eye of Water
In the late 1990s, Dieter Meier purchased a 380-hectare vineyard in Mendoza, Argentina, about half of which is still planted today. At an altitude of 1,000 meters, the vines receive optimal sunlight, despite enormous temperature fluctuations between day and night. Ideal for organic farming.
