Tasting notes
Deep garnet red. Fascinating, pronounced aromas of blackberries, raspberries, and red cherries, cloves and licorice, as well as delicate floral notes. On the palate, it presents itself full-bodied and dense with soft yet powerful tannins, straightforward, delicate aromas of cinnamon, cloves, chocolate, and a hint of vanilla. A powerful, elegant finish.
Fits
Game dishes, egg pasta, roast beef, braised beef, mature cheese.
