About Birra Baladin
Beer is earth, says Téo Musso. And he immediately puts this, like so many other things, into practice. The small brewery, opened in 1986, first transformed into a brewpub, then into a larger brewery, and finally into a Società Agricola.
The cultivation of the barley used in the brewery is part of Baladin's heritage. The fields are located in various regions of Italy where the climate is most suitable.
The brewery is located in the village of Piozzo in Piedmont, a small hamlet in itself. Among other things, Téo has established a brewing school and welcomes visitors.
Water, wheat malt, barley malt, Khorasan KAMUT, Italian hops, a mixture of spices and citrus peel in varying proportions, sugar, yeast.
