The first 100% Italian beer made exclusively from local raw materials. A deliberately simple beer: water, malted barley, hops, yeast, and two Italian spices (bergamot and coriander) create a harmonious and original combination. This beer is considered a key milestone in Italian craft beer production.
Fits
A highly versatile beer for every occasion. Pairs well with burgers, pizza, ravioli, soft and medium-aged cheeses.
About Birra Baladin
Beer is earth, says Téo Musso. And he immediately puts this, like so many other things, into practice. The small brewery, opened in 1986, first transformed into a brewpub, then into a larger brewery, and finally into a Società Agricola.
The cultivation of the barley used in the brewery is part of Baladin's heritage. The fields are located in various regions of Italy where the climate is most suitable.
The brewery is located in the village of Piozzo in Piedmont, a small hamlet in itself. Among other things, Téo has established a brewing school and welcomes visitors.
Water, barley malt from our fields, Italian hops, a mixture of spices and citrus peel in varying proportions, sugar, yeast.
