Tasting notes
Moscato d'Asti DOCG is a unique wine in the world due to its aromatic bouquet and smoothness. Drinking a glass of Moscato is like enjoying fresh grapes: the typical aroma of the Moscato grape is preserved in its wine, with its sparkling, fresh sweetness. In the Gallina vineyards, with their calcareous soil and sunny exposure, the grapes ripen with a wonderful aroma.
Fits
It tastes velvety and inviting with the local hazelnut cake, cookies, and fine pastries. It's also ideal with blue cheese.
