Cantuccini Mandorla

Since 1958, Pastificio Belli in Florence has been producing the famous cantuccini according to a centuries-old recipe. The freshly beaten eggs and high almond content (25%) make them exceptionally tender and delicate. They are best enjoyed with Vin Santo or as tea biscuits.
