This exclusive whisky is the result of a long-standing collaboration with the Rosengarten Brewery in Einsiedeln. Distilled in our distillery, it is aged for 12 years in used Swiss oak red wine barrels in the vaulted cellar of Pfäffikon Castle, Canton of Schwyz. It is then carefully bottled at our winery in Freienbach.
