This citrusy, chocolatey, and spicy whisky matured in bourbon casks, but also absorbed sherry notes, which complement each other perfectly. Aromas of orange marmalade and spices. Elegant, with pronounced notes of citrus and Oloroso sherry. Smooth on the palate with a long finish.

Dalmore
The Dalmore Distillery was founded in 1839 by Alexander Matheson on the banks of the Cromarty Firth outside the town of Allness in the Northern Highlands. The history of the unmistakable Dalmore symbol, the 12-point antlers, dates back to 1263: In that year, Colin of Kintail, chief of the Mackanzie clan, bravely saved King Alexander III from the deadly blow of a deer's antlers while hunting with his spear. When the Mackenzies took over the distillery from Matheson in 1867, they were granted the right to use the royal coat of arms, featuring the 12-point stag, as the Dalmore brand symbol. The painting of the royal hunt from 1263 still hangs in the National Art Gallery in Edinburgh as one of the most important paintings in Scottish art history.
