The basic principle is simple: juniper, 10 botanicals, a master distiller who knows his craft, and you have Gin 47. With Gin 47, the botanical infusion is then distilled to further increase the concentration of the aromas. The name refers to the beautiful mountains surrounding Tramin, South Tyrol, and the 47° alcohol strength.
