A refreshing breeze blows across the green. Our Piz19 London Dry Gin is distilled with extreme care in a small copper still. The botanicals it contains, such as juniper, coriander, and berries, rise directly and gently, lending the gin an impressive and warm presence. Eucalyptus and mint then unfold. The first sip is intensely menthol, while lemongrass and ginger impart an exceptionally spicy note, which lingers thanks to the coriander and delicate anise. The 19th hole symbolizes the bar and the conviviality, which we celebrate with Piz 19 after a successful game on the green.
