Old Williams Selection

Old Williams is the name of a special brandy from the Psenner family. Starting with the pears that thrive on the Psenner family's property, special attention is paid to the quality of the fruit. Only the finest fruits are mashed and fermented at the desired temperatures to achieve the highest quality. A two-year aging process gives Old Williams its elegant and mild character.
