Another Hebridean island, another distillery: This gin comes from the small island of Raasay, where alcohol was legally distilled for the first time in 2017.

About Hebridean Gin
Hebridean Gin is made from local spring water that has flowed through volcanic rock and filtered through Jurassic sandstone, enriching it with minerals. The gin is triple distilled and features a dry, spicy, and equally refreshing flavor profile. The ten carefully selected botanicals include the island's native juniper from Raasay, as well as sweet orange peel and lemon zest.
Fresh and dry, Isle of Raasay Gin boasts classic juniper and citrus aromas, complemented by the floral and spicy notes of rhubarb root. Liquorice root and cubeb pepper add an additional aromatic dimension.

About Isle of Raasay
The first legal distillery on the Hebridean island of Raasay. The magical island of Raasay lies off the west coast of Scotland in the Inner Hebrides, separated from the Isle of Skye by just a short 25-minute ferry ride. Rooted in centuries of illicit distilling, Raasay provides the ingredients for the perfect dram. Every drop is distilled, matured, and bottled on the island, using water from the Raasay Distillery's well.
