Doorly's XO Rum

Doorly's labels feature various parrots. The white rum features a blue-and-yellow macaw, the gold rum features a Macau macaw, and the XO rum features the very rare Hyacinth macaw.
Aromas of nuts, honey, and mango. Medium-bodied, very elegant, full-bodied, complex, and sweet. Aging in old sherry casks imparts aromas of vanilla, banana, compote, and nuts. A smooth and elegant rum with a long, sweet finish with a hint of mandarin orange.

Foursquare
One of the oldest sugar cane plantations and rum distilleries in Barbados is now called Foursquare. During the renovation in 1996, the existing historic structure was preserved while incorporating state-of-the-art technology. Foursquare is known for the excellent quality of its products and has won numerous awards in the past.
