In addition to typical gin botanicals such as juniper, coriander, ginger, and lemon peel, Steinbock Premium Dry Gin is distilled from native Alpine roots, leaves, blossoms, and berries, capturing the unique diversity of flora from the Alpine ibex's natural habitat. These botanicals give the gin its distinctively complex body. Each Steinbock Premium Dry Gin receives its individual touch from the addition of a characteristic flavor botanical. In our first gin, this is the black chokeberry (Aronia melanocarpa).
