Pistachio Marooned Truffles

The chocolatier creates a melt-in-the-mouth truffle praline from fine, dark chocolate, studded with mildly nutty pistachio slivers. For an even more exciting treat, pieces of fluffy, sweet macaron are incorporated into the praline. The Pistachio Marooned truffles are coated in a rich cocoa powder.

Vegetable oil (coconut, palm kernel), sugar, defatted cocoa powder (12.5%), whey powder , macaron pieces (sugar, wheat starch , wheat flour , almond flour , egg white , natural flavorings, raising agent sodium carbonates) (4%), natural pistachio flavoring (2.5%), cocoa powder, emulsifier: soy lecithins .
