To achieve this, Monty Bojangles sticks to a more classic approach in this version. Based on vegetable oils, cocoa butter and defatted cocoa powder are incorporated into and around the praline. The melting effect is exceptionally smooth, allowing the cocoa flavor to develop uninterrupted. Wonderful!
