In the glass, the Tinto displays a light violet-red color. The bouquet features intense red fruit aromas and a light floral note. On the palate, it is full-bodied with intense red fruit aromas. It is pleasantly smooth, with a long finish.
About Herdade Dos Coteis
The winery is located on the left bank of the Guadiana River near Moura. The wines produced are therefore part of the Alentejo region. The Venâncio family cultivates 23 hectares of vineyards there. All of the wines come from their own vineyards. No wine is purchased. The wines are cultivated with the utmost care. The wines are aged traditionally. The maceration takes place at a controlled temperature of 26°C. The Tinto wine has no oaky character, as it is aged in stainless steel tanks.
