Tasting notes
Straw yellow with a golden shimmer. Intense, complex, and enchanting bouquet with floral aromas of chamomile and broom; notes of tropical fruits, grapefruit, and pear. On the palate, full, velvety, and fruity, with a fresh, persistent finish.
Fits
It's delicious as an aperitif and can accompany fish dishes, seafood, delicate appetizers, and pasta dishes. It also pairs perfectly with asparagus.
