Tasting notes
Rich, luminous, dark ruby garnet. On the nose, noble plum notes, delicate cherry, spicy pepper, cloves, and leather, multi-layered. On the palate, complex and smooth, spreading out finely and juicy, full of tension, flowing beautifully, with a certain punch, tightly woven tannins, and a round finish.
Fits
It is best enjoyed with meat starters, hearty pasta dishes, red meat dishes, and medium-aged cheeses.
