The two grape varieties are vinified and matured differently. The slightly dried and cooled grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 12°C. After approximately 10 days, the cap is submerged and the skins are emptied. After another 30 days, the skins are separated from the new wine.

Tasting notes
The wine has a deep ruby red color with violet reflections. Strong aromas of cherries, rounded off by fresh spices, and light hints of vanilla and roasted almonds on the finish, combined in a beautiful, long-lasting, and complex bouquet. Elegant on the palate, soft and full-bodied, with very fruity and mild tannins.
