Gentle pressing of the grapes, maceration in oak vats with manual punching down of the pomace cap and temperature-controlled fermentation.
Tasting notes
Deep ruby red color, clear and intense; striking aromas of licorice and wild berries; full and robust body, the tannin component is integrated into the aromatic structure of the grape variety.
