Remarks
Selected Moscato pomace is used in water-bath stills to distill the grappa. The single-varietal grappa produced at Psenner bears the South Tyrolean quality seal. Only products of exceptional quality that pass the strict testing criteria are awarded this seal.

Tasting notes
Purity and finesse run like a common thread through the sensory assessment of this grappa, as does the clarity in the glass and a sweet, floral scent on the nose with a fine citrus aroma to round it off.
