Refined for almost a year in French oak barrels, this grappa is produced with modern expertise using the innovative Crysopea vacuum water bath still. This new process represents the path the distillery has taken in the further development of distillation.
Tasting notes
Aroma: intense and open aroma of red berries, dried fruit and spices. Taste: decisive, harmonious and persistent with a pleasant roasted note.
