Panettone filled with Crema di Pistacchio

This panettone from Sicily is in a league of its own. Sicily is the home of pistachios, from which the creamy filling with 40% pistachio content is made. Covered in white chocolate and small pistachio pieces. No sultanas, no candied fruit.
