Panettone "Cappuccino" with coffee chocolate and instant coffee, covered with white chocolate and cocoa sugar sprinkles, without sultanas and candied citrus fruits

Panettone is an Italian Christmas cake with candied fruit and originated in Milan. Panettoni Flamigni are prepared by hand according to ancient tradition.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, coffee chocolate 18% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, coffee 7%, emulsifier: soy lecithin; vanillin), butter, pasteurized egg yolk, sugar, natural sourdough starter (wheat flour, water), sugar syrup, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, sunflower lecithin; instant coffee 0.5%, salt, malted wheat flour, flavorings, vanilla extract from Madagascan berries.

INGREDIENTS FOR DECORATION 14.9%: white chocolate 11.2% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin; natural vanilla flavor), cocoa sugar granules 3.7% (sugar, wheat starch, sunflower oil, fat-reduced cocoa powder 5%, cocoa mass 3%, potato starch).
May contain lupins, mustard, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, peanuts.

The egg yolks in the dough come from eggs from free-range Category A chickens.
