Panettone is an Italian Christmas cake with candied fruit and originated in Milan. Panettoni Flamigni are prepared by hand according to ancient tradition.

Wheat flour , late Ciaculli mandarins 14% (late Ciaculli mandarins 51%, sugar, glucose syrup, lemon juice), butter , sugar, pasteurized egg yolks , natural sourdough ( wheat flour , water), emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of vegetable fatty acids and sunflower lecithin, salt, malted wheat flour , natural flavors, vanilla extract from Madagascar berries.
