The towering, ancient WiesenObst trees characterize the landscape at the foot of the Swabian Alb. The ancient WiesenObst varieties are distinctive: acidic, rich in tannins, aromatic, and intense in flavor. TeaSecco® combines the uniqueness and tradition of Swabian WiesenObst with Indian green tea in a surprising, new harmony. The Jörg Geiger manufacturer pays premium prices for WiesenObst to ensure that the care of these ancient giant trees remains worthwhile in the future and biodiversity is preserved. The tea gardens are organic and Fairtrade certified. The pickers and tea workers decide for themselves which projects they want to implement with the Fairtrade premiums. Among other things, financial assistance in the event of illness, a subsidized savings program, and scholarships for talented students were approved.

Aroma: Tart aromas of green tea, dried flowers, hay and fine yellow fruits

Taste: Delicately fruity onset of apple and pear. Tea tannins in the mid-palate and a delicate finish. Graceful with a lingering green tea aroma on the palate.

Recommendation: as a fine aperitif, with sushi and sashimi, with fine soft cheese
