PriSecco - Sparkles like Secco without alcohol
Aroma: Intense aroma of spicy herbs and elderflowers. Ripe fruit notes of apple and pear with peppery spice.
Palate: Soft sweetness of meadow fruit with grape and peach. Herbal mid-palate and spicy finish with notes of elderflower.
Recommendation: A strong, fragrant aperitif, also enjoyed over ice, with desserts featuring elderflowers or exotic fruits, or with goat's cheese with rosemary.
