PriSecco - Sparkles like Secco without alcohol

The base is gooseberry with a clear and delicate aroma. Rounded off with the pleasant sweetness and richness of cider pears and the slightly lively acidity of the old apple varieties. This cuvée is subtly refined with Douglas fir tips, bronze fennel, borage, yarrow, and spices.

Aroma: Fresh apple with intense gooseberry, light vegetal notes of Douglas fir and subtle nose of meadow herbs.

Taste: Fresh fruitiness with notes of apple and gooseberry. Exciting acidity and pleasantly restrained sweetness in a tart, long finish.

Recommendation: Ikarimi salmon with watermelon, shrimp and lobster with pickled tomatoes, rhubarb dessert, berry dessert, etc.
Ingredients: Gooseberry juice (40%), pear juice, apple juice, herbs, spices. Added carbon dioxide.
