PriSecco - Sparkles like Secco without alcohol
The basis for this cuvée is apple and pear, rounded off with roasted Demeter naked barley, hay and blossoms.
Aroma: Ripe fruit of apple and pear with scents of fresh grain, cornflowers and lemony freshness.
Taste: Light, lively fruit at the beginning. The middle and finish are full-bodied with a soft, malty taste of roasted barley.
Recommendation: With strong soft cheese, wildflower cheese, vitello tonnato.
